  • Electrical/Performance: Product failure to perform in application, failure to meet datasheet, overheating, failure to function, etc...
  • Mechanical: Damaged parts, bent leads, cracked packages, illegible mark, wrong mark, etc...
  • Shipping Damage: Wet packages, crushed packages, ripped packages, etc...
