Careers for women in science, math and technology are as varied as the women in those careers. Micron offers young women a sneak peek into the high-tech world that isn’t just for men.
Micron’s programs for women include our Girls Going Tech events and Women in Technical Careers (WITC) Speakers panels.
Girls Going Tech
Girls Going Tech (GGTech) integrates interactive STEM activities with STEM careers. Women who work at Micron in STEM careers share information and answer questions about their journeys to their current jobs. STEM activities that offer insight into the engineering design process are guided by Micron employees.
Join us for a special GGTech event on Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day on Thursday, Feb. 24, 2022.

Women in Technical Careers Speaker Panels
Women in Technical Careers (WITC) panels are casual, interactive and informative career discussions for students in grades 9 through 12. Students hear from women scientists and technical professionals at Micron about their work, offering plenty of time for questions. Learn about the careers of chemists, physicists, a variety of engineers, technical writers, IT specialists, technical marketing technicians, math specialists and others.
Join us for a special WITC panel on International Women’s Day, Tuesday, March 8, 2022.
