At Micron, we are on a mission to be a global leader in memory and storage solutions. Part of the journey includes a focus on diversity and inclusion. Micron recently announced it has published its first annual Diversity & Inclusion Report, demonstrating the company’s commitment to building a diverse workforce and inclusive culture reflective of the communities and customers it serves.
The Micron Diversity & Inclusion FY18 Annual Report provides a baseline for tracking the company’s progress, examining a variety of factors including gender, ethnicity, job roles, flexibility, philanthropy and compensation. While we demonstrated progress in areas such as global gender pay parity and in increasing diversity in markets like Singapore, where 30 percent of engineers are women, the findings surfaced some key areas for ongoing focus. We will continue making progress and look forward to sharing the results next year.
